No refunds, no returns.

If your order was marked delivered by USPS but you did not receive it, you will need to make a claim with them as the package is out of my hands once I ship it. Tracking will be provided!

If you are unhappy with your order, please email me to have it fixed or receive store credit! 😀. If you choose to have no tracking on an order and it was lost or damaged, I will not replace or refund the order. Any order with a tracking number I will work you to find a solution. 🙌🏻
